Earl of Salisbury,

between the Colonial Office and Home Office
respecting
the case of a lunatic named Charles
Bithey, who is at present confined in the lunatic
asylum in Hong Kong.

It appears that Bithey was sentenced to
one year's imprisonment by the Supreme Court
at Shanghai.
